Filled with indignant fury on behalf of the mistreated cat, you storm into the group of delinquents, resisting the urge to throw punches. They scatter before you, leaving you alone with the abused animal. Surprisingly, it doesn't try to bolt, and actually lets you approach it.

The cat looks up at you with an unmistakable expression of gratitude. And you're a little shocked to see that this otherwise black cat has a white patch on its forehead -- a perfect heart-shaped patch. Then your shock magnifies as it speaks to you, in a cute, young-girl voice.

"Amazing! I was looking for you!"

The cat goes on to explain that you're one of the Warriors of Fate reborn, destined to fight evil, tyranny, and monsters. Sounds neat, sure, but there is a catch -- the Warriors of Fate are female. If your latent powers are awakened, you will be transformed into a girl, at least in your powered-up state.

And what's more, she wants to activate your powers right this instant!
