The hallway is dusty and ill-kept, yet shows signs of recent use, with somewhat fresh footprints in the dust. The odd thing, though, is that some of the 'footprints' seem to lead to blank sections of the wall. From the foyer, you can investigate the ballroom on the lower floor, or perhaps either the kitchen or study - from which a casual glance seems to more closely resemble a library. There's a backyard garden the almost begs for investigation, with a trio of statues half-hidden behind the drooping limbs of a weeping willow. And of course, there's the stairs upward.

You wouldn't put it past them to have a cellar or basement too - but the limits to your bravery only stretch so far. Ghosts and spooks are one thing, but spiders give you the trembling horrors.
